ROLESVILLE, NC – Harbour Retail Partners has partnered with Charlotte-based Crosland Southeast to develop Wallbrook, a mixed-use project along Main Street in the heart of Rolesville, NC. The partnership is developing a 15 acre grocery anchored project with expected delivery in 2023.
The Partnership has assembled approximately 80 acres with over a half mile of frontage along Main Street and expects to phase the project over five years after NDOT’s major realignment of Burlington Mills Road. The approved and fully funded LAPP Grant will be managed by NCDOT and will include two new traffic signals serving the partnership’s property along Main Street.
The development will also feature a 21-acre residential community with approximately 150 town homes. According to recent Census data, Rolesville was recently named the fastest growing town in NC. In the nine years from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2019, the population of Rolesville more than doubled.
