Harbour Retail Partners Real Estate Fund II, L.P., a Delaware Limited Partnership, has been formed to acquire and invest in commercial real estate properties with a primary focus on grocery anchored, mixed-use, and single-tenant assets. The fund will conduct investments in both value add opportunities as well as new development opportunities, primarily in metro and secondary markets in the southeastern United States.
The general partners in Harbour Retail Partners are Mike Barry, Jim Cheney and Randy Kelley, who have a combined 40+ years of acquisition, development and grocery executive management experience.
The fund is Harbour Retail Partner’s second fund with commitments totaling $50,000,000. The initial closing date for Fund II was August 1st, 2017, with a final closing date of January 17th, 2019. The company has offices in Atlanta, GA, and Wilmington, NC.
