MARIETTA, GA—Harbour Retail Partners announces its joint venture partnership with Belz Investco GP to acquire and redevelop a mixed- use property in Memphis, TN. The partnership has acquired the vacant office and hotel buildings at the southwest corner of Union Avenue and Mclean Boulevard in the midtown area of Memphis.
The partnership intends to redevelop the property to include multifamily over retail and expects construction to start in early 2017.
