Matt Bloomfield has joined Harbour Retail Partners as the Director of Development – Florida, serving to direct the acquisition and development of new ground-up and re-development opportunities in Florida.

Matt previously held the position of Vice President of Development for Leon Capital Group in Ft. Myers and Menin Development in Delray Beach. He has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, and management of over 2 million square feet of best-in-class retail and mixed-use assets valued in excess of $850 million and has worked with an extensive list of large, national retailers.
Matt’s career began in Atlanta, working for ING Investment Management, before moving to Capmark Finance (now Berkadia) in Boca Raton, where he closed over $1B of financings.
