Harbour Real Estate Partners has sold an outparcel to Island Wing at Tamaya Market and is set to open in November 2021.

Tamaya Market is a 75,000 SF ground-up development in Jacksonville, FL, anchored by Sprouts and including tenants: Heartland Dental, Shipley’s Donuts, F45 Fitness, The Drip Bar, Green Papaya, Noire Nail Bar, and an outparcel sold to First Florida Credit Union.
