6Harbour Retail Partners purchased Publix at Mt. Zion in January 2018 as part of a Publix-anchored shopping center portfolio purchase. Located in the heart of the retail corridor of Mt. Zion, this center is anchored by a 60,000 square foot Publix that opened in 1994, completed a remodel in 2018, and maintains a strong sales history. The remainder of the shopping center consists of 79,000 square feet of retail spaces that includes high-performing Chipotle location.
