WILMINGTON, NC (November 14th, 2018): Harbour Retail Partners partnered with Trask Land Co to open Renaissance Market, a 46,000 square foot center anchored by Earth Fare and West Marine.

Renaissance Market is anchored by a 22,700 square foot Earth Fare and 14,250 square foot West Marine. The out-parcels include a stand-alone Blaze Pizza, and a multi-tenant out-parcel with Verizon and Starbucks.
“Each of the tenants in Renaissance Market have opened strong and we look forward to Verizon and Starbucks opening in May and June of this year,” says Kelley.

With over 240 stores nationwide, West Marine is the largest boating and water recreation outfitter in the country. West Marine relocated to Renaissance Market from nearby Lumina Commons center off Eastwood Road.
